*** PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO MEMBERS AREA ***
When you hover over 'Members' in the menu bar above, some options should drop down (initially 'Login'). If they don't, you're probably using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9), which comes with Windows 7. Unfortunately, our website is not currently compatible with IE9 so please use another browser to log in.
If you don't have another browser installed - or are unsure of whether you do - please CLICK HERE and then click the big green button on the screen this takes you to. This will download 'Firefox' - Firefox is a web browser, much like Internet Explorer, but is far more efficient.
Instructions will pop up on the screen (and a yellow bar may appear at the bottom of the page asking if you want to 'Run' 'Save' or 'Cancel'). Choose 'Run', as per the on-screen instructions, and go through the rest of the process once the file has finished downloading.
Note: When you run the program for the first time it will ask if you want to use Firefox as your default browser - it's advisable to do so.
